The product information on this website is for general information only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, hakeem or qualified medical practitioner. Before starting any medicine — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, giving it to a child, or have diabetes, high blood pressure, liver/kidney disease or any other chronic condition — please consult your hakeem or doctor first.
The details given with some products are taken from classical Unani texts and recognised sources. For products whose details we don't have reliable sources for, we don't write anything — please contact the Hakeem Sahab directly for those.
This website has no online payment system. You select products in the cart and the order is sent via WhatsApp. An order is considered confirmed only once we confirm it with you over WhatsApp or phone.
Prices, sizes and stock may change over time. The price shown on the website is for information only; the final price will be the one confirmed at the time of order.
We deliver across India. Delivery time and cost depend on location, weight and the courier used, and will be told to you when the order is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by natural causes.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used medicine cannot be returned. However:
please let us know on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we will replace the item or refund you. Please keep the outer packing of the parcel safe when reporting this.
Please check the expiry date, batch and seal when you open the parcel.
The books provided in Reading Mode are kept free for learning and reading purposes only. These are either our own books or publicly available books. If you are the copyright holder of a book and want it removed, please let us know — we will remove it immediately.
Customers can write their own messages in Community Posts. Anyone posting is responsible for their own content. We may remove any post without giving a reason — especially if it is false, misleading, harmful, or insulting to someone.
We are not responsible for any harm caused by using our products incorrectly, without consultation, or against the instructions given.

We do not collect any payment or card details, since this website has no online payment.
Only to complete your order, answer your question, or review a job application. That's all.
We never sell or rent out your information. Only the courier company handling delivery is given your name, address and phone — so the parcel can reach you. Beyond that, only when required by law.
The website runs on Cloudflare. Information from Notes, Community Posts or job applications is stored in Cloudflare's secure storage. Orders sent via WhatsApp remain in your and our WhatsApp.
We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies. The website only remembers a few small things in your browser: your chosen light/dark theme and the items in your cart — so they stay even if you refresh the page. This stays only on your own device.
This website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your information. Just contact us at the number or email given below — we will do it. To have your Community Post removed, just let us know.
